VertisPro HealthTech is a Singapore-incorporated, founder-led operator of a patient acquisition platform for specialty healthcare providers. We work with clinics and groups where a single procedure decision is worth pursuing individually, not in bulk, and where international or high-value self-pay patients matter to the business.
We run digital patient acquisition and the administrative work between a lead and a paying patient, for one clinic or network at a time. We are not a marketplace, and we do not list providers next to their competitors. See what we actually do for the full platform.
Our active market focus is Dubai and the wider Gulf, India, and Southeast Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore). These are markets we’ve built corridor-level research and campaign infrastructure for, not a global footprint spread thin. We add a new market when there’s a specific engagement and corridor logic worth building, not ahead of demand.
Medical tourism has a well-established facilitator model: list a clinic next to its competitors, take a percentage of every patient sent, and let the highest bidder win the placement. We built VertisPro on a different premise: a patient acquisition platform belongs to one clinic, is built around the specific corridors that clinic actually draws from, and includes the qualification and follow-up work that turns a lead into a patient who shows up ready to proceed.
That means we turn down engagements that don’t fit the model. We don’t run generic “international patients” campaigns, we don’t make outcome or success-rate claims, and we never route a client’s ad spend through our own accounts.
Harshad Puppalwar — CEO & Co-founder 20+ years building, leading, and selling industry-strength digital health solutions. Previously Assistant Director at MOHH Singapore. Domain expertise in semantic ontologies and standards (SNOMED-CT, ICD, LOINC, HL7, DICOM), with working experience across multiple CMS/EMR/EHR platforms and a background in medical imaging.
Parag Someshwar — COO & Co-founder 18+ years in HealthTech, with experience managing teams that built and operated HealthTech products for leading US healthcare payers and providers. Deep domain expertise in clinical interoperability, regulatory reporting, and healthcare data analytics, and a contributor to multiple open-source healthcare initiatives.
Both founders were part of the early team at Princeton-based CitiusTech (valued at $2.5B, held by Bain Capital PE and Baring PE Asia EQT), with extensive consulting, operations, and delivery experience across the US, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. VertisPro’s clinical and operational resources are based in Singapore and India, with partners and contractors across JAPAC, the Middle East, and Africa.
